In addition to webdesign ACS, also provides a 1 to 1 tutoring service for all levels of compentence and all ages. We find that most of our customers are complete beginners when it comes to the basic use and maintenence of a their office or home PC. We know it can be overwhelming and that's why we are happy to help make the seemingly difficult aspects of  owning a PC much more interesting and rewardable experience.

Taking precautions

Many users are unaware of the dangers when it comes to surfing the internet and potentially loosing their precious data. It's an unfortunate fact that our data is always at risk  from hard disk failures, malicious intent (viruses, malware etc) or accidental damage.  We all have or will at some point get to the point when your PC grinds to a halt, however with the right know how that need never happen. We provide you with advice and the means to:

• Plug those security holes
• Organise your files correctly
• Running an efficient system

• Program in several languages (as extra tuition for college or school work)

Remote assistance

Of course we know that one thing leads to another and you may want further help as you learn more. Remote assistance means that we can give you 1 to 1 support be it if you are a mile away or on the moon. As long as you have a broadband internet connection we can remotely login to PC and help you solve your problems as though we were sitting right next to you.
